About You:

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to be responsible for the organization and supervision of the shared resources and staff of their specialty service. The position of Supervisor will include your duties as a specialty surgery technician while directing, training, and supporting your team. In addition, you will promote hospital directives and protocols and model a respectful and productive work environment for all staff. At Pieper, we believe that veterinary medicine is a team sport, and our ideal candidate is a skilled leader who enjoys collaboration and is driven to provide the highest level of care for their patients. Our ideal candidate has experience with using and troubleshooting scopes and ventilators, as well as calculating CRIs and basic medical math. Experience with CPR, Ezyvet, and Smartflow are a plus, but not required. Two years of previous surgical experience in a specialty hospital setting is required.

Compensation: $25-39/hour dependent upon experience
