The Interventional Psychiatry RN serves to provide the clinical management and care delivery for patients within the Interventional Psychiatry service. Some of these services include Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and Esketamine administration. In addition, this RN has the ability to float to other behavioral health areas including the Crisis Intervention Unit (CIU) and the inpatient psychiatric unit. The Interventional Psychiatry Nurse will work in collaboration with the Physician and other members of the treatment team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Currently licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut

Possess the knowledge and skills necessary to assess health needs of patients and to perform nursing care in a safe, caring manner

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing

1-2 years of psychiatric nursing experience
